The data recovery procedure is as follows.

1. Delivery of the data carrier.
2. Granting status and case number
3. Referral to the lab for further analysis
4. Processing of analytical procedures
5. Notifying the customer about the results of the analysis, delivery of essential information about the data carrier status, data coherence and an estimated price of service
6. Clients decision about commencing with or resignation from data recovery
7. In case of resignation, the procedure ends
8. If the client decides to commence with the process, the recovered data will be archived on a carrier of the clients choice.

Following is the full procedure of data recovery.

First thing You need to do is call us and describe the problem. Next step will be filling out the notification form (at least the bolded areas) that's available on our website, or delivery of the carrier to us. The following step is a crucial element of the process - analysis of the damaged device. After detection we approach the problem from both cases - logical and physical.

After the diagnosis is complete, if the damage is physical we supply our client with a list of files that can be recovered, their coherence and an estimated price (usually between 1500 and 2500 PLN net). This service could conditionally be free of charge, but only in regard to the STANDARD service and only if the recovery was a failure. After the client is supplied with this information, it is up to him whether to recover the data or resign. In case of logical damage, which is conditionally free too, just like with physical damage, all files that we are able to recover are presented to the client as a file list from which the client chooses what he wishes to recover. The cost depends on the size of recovered data and starts at 300 PLN net.

The STANDARD service analysis takes 2 to 5 workdays, data recovery usually takes an additional day. For those requiring immediate help we offer the QUICK and EXPRESS services.

The process ends with delivering the recovered data to the client on a CD, DVD or other specified carrier.
